Modern pancakes
Pancakes are one of the Netherlands' most popular food traditions. Mook's approach is not stifled by reverence, instead promoting a new (and nutritious) take. All pancakes are made using spelt or oat flour, creations include the 'mancake' with bacon and barbecue sauce, and the menu is bolstered with a range of fresh juices.
