Bubbles & Wines is a neat, dark, long, narrow room in the Nes. Ordered by
glass, there are 51 sorts of wine; ordered by the bottle, 180. For those
overwhelmed by the choice and would just like a taste, they serve flights: half
full glasses of three different sorts of wine all from the same grape. This
makes the caviar from Iran, the terrine of goose liver and the French cheese
taste that much more luscious.
