Inner Duo presents a program where classical music, tango, and world music meet. Helena Sousa Estévez and a double bassist form a duo that places rhythm and lyricism at the center. The arrangements combine repertoire from various styles, with the combination of accordion and double bass creating a distinctive soundscape.
A duo with international experience
Inner Duo was founded in 2020. The duo has performed at the Dutch International Tango Week and other international venues, among others. Both musicians are active in the international music scene and work interdisciplinarily. This is reflected in the way they bring together various musical influences in their concerts.
