In Gracias a la vida, Duo Leora takes you into a world of Spanish sounds. Soprano Fleur Strijbos and guitarist Emma Wills perform works by composers such as Granados, de Falla, and Obradors in their own arrangements. The program celebrates love in all its facets: intimate, playfully mischievous, dreamily sweet, and passionate.

A musical encounter with a unique story

Fleur Strijbos and Emma Wills crossed paths for years in the corridors of the Royal Conservatory of Antwerp. It was only at the Walden Festival, organized by radio station Klara, that their musical connection was forged. Thus, Duo Leora was born. The name is derived from Hebrew and Greek and means 'light'.

Unique location in the Zuidas
