Painting workshop Nature in detail
Vincent van Gogh was second to none when it came to portraying the vibe of the landscapes in his paintings. You can almost feel the dryness and heat in The Harvest. Van Gogh combined the azure blue of the sky with yellow and green tones for the land to capture the atmosphere of the summer’s day.
If you could step into the painting, where would you stand and which details would you paint? After a short guided tour, you'll get hands-on in the studio and discover how to use colour, composition, and brushwork to capture emotion in a landscape, just like Vincent.
