Dub at the intersection of electronic and live

Amsterdam Dub Event brings dub back to the heart of the city. Taking center stage is Moritz von Oswald, known from the influential Basic Channel and Rhythm & Sound . He plays a special set in honor of 30 years of Amsterdam Dance Event. His work connects minimal electronic music with the deep bass and spatial echoes of dub — a sound that has left its mark on decades of dance music.

An evening full of dub and reggae

Polish producer Radikal Guru performs with trumpeter Mikołaj Janowski as a special guest. Slimmah Sound, a Dutch producer, delivers a live set with vocalist Lyrical Benjie. Kingsway from Earth Works Amsterdam closes the evening with a tribute to Jah Works. Together, they provide a varied program that showcases the breadth of the dub genre.
