At Theater Amsterdam you can choose from four impressive and unique spaces. A grand presentation in the Auditorium followed by an award show in the adjacent Black Box, is just one of the possibilities and will most definitely make an impact on your guests.

With an Auditorium covering 4.200 m2, Theater Amsterdam offers a unique opportunity for large scenery and the most up-to-date theatre techniques.

The Blackbox is directly located next to the Auditorium and can be set up according to your specific wishes. The Blackbox can be transformed into a high-end dining room, sponsor market, festival site, exhibition floor and concert hall.

The foyer is located directly at the main entrance of Theater Amsterdam. The high glass facade and high ceiling make the foyer an impressively light space. With the right creativity, the foyer can be used for multiple purposes. You may think of a wonderful reception, but the space can just as easily be converted into a hip club for a fantastic party.

Adjacent to the foyer is a spacious terrace of 400m2 that can be furnished as a lounge or as a complete food festival with food trucks.

Accessibility

All public areas of Theater Amsterdam are on one level or accessible via elevators and fully equipped for visitors with limited mobility. An accessible restroom is located in the foyer near the toilets. In the Auditorium, there are two designated spaces for wheelchair users and two additional seats for their companions.

Parking

Owners of a disabled parking permit (GPK) can park for free in District West, where Theater Amsterdam is located. A limited number of disabled parking spaces (GPP) are available, exclusively for GPK holders. Unfortunately, these spaces cannot be reserved.
