Shaping the future, now and beyond
Conscious of our environmental footprint, we want to build a future that will be beneficial to organisers, exhibitors and visitors, but equally to our neighbours, our employees, our stakeholders, the City of Amsterdam and its residents. Our ambition for the coming years is to drive our business forward and put ourselves in a strong economic position: to innovate, create opportunities and increase out positive social impact. We plan and interact to develop the RAI and its surroundings into a green, healthy and attractive place where everyone feels welcome and at home.
We would love to work with you to take your event to an even ‘greener’ level. Our approach is designed to create value around environment, social & governance and includes goals focused on people and communities, sustainable operations, and growth.
Accessibility for people with reduced mobility
We believe it is important that RAI Amsterdam is accessible to everyone. For that reason RAI Amsterdam has special facilities to receive visitors with reduced mobility or disabilities as easy as possible. RAI Amsterdam is accessible for guests using a wheelchair. The aisles at the show floor are spacious and the surface is flat. Elevators and disability toilets are available.
Parking with a disability
If you have an official European parking card for the disabled (GPK), you can use special parking spaces, which are located close to the exit of the building
Reachability
RAI Amsterdam is located a few minutes from the city centre and eight minutes from Amsterdam Airport Schiphol, one of Europe’s most connected airports. We are just as easily reached by tram or metro as it is by car and there is plenty of parking space. With the new metro 52, with exits in front of our door, it takes less than 6 minutes to reach the city centre and Amsterdam's Central railway station.
